Strange folders with blue text by the dozen?!?

Hi, I was looking through my folders to see if I could free some disc space, when I found these weird folders in my “WINDOWS” directory. They have weird names such as “$NtUninstallKB901214$” — every folder has the word uninstall in it. Should I delete these folders or do I need them? I am really running out space on my hard drive!

Some you can delete, some you cannot. They are blue because they are compressed to save disk space. They contain uninstall information and the old versions of files replaced by the Windows updates. They are there in case an update causes a problem and you want to uninstall it and revert to the previous versions. Look them up on Google by their exact name to find out which ones are safe to delete; there are many guides out there.

My uncle and aunt were the sole shareholders of a company. They flew to Hawaii for 3 weeks of sun and surfing and left their office manager in charge of the business while they were away. During their absence, the manager instructed the company lawyer to sue a debtor who was long overdue in payment of his account. Several days after the action was started, it was learned that my aunt and uncle had been killed when their fishing boat overturned in a storm. The debtor has suggested defending the action by claiming that the creditor corporation ceased to exist when my aunt and uncle were killed.
Is this correct? Pls explain. This happened 2 weeks ago.

Rod Building: Picking the Right Handle

Is rod building a challenge? It can be but the main reason rod building can be such a challenge is primarily that you have so many big decisions to make about the different elements of the right fishing rod for your needs. Picking blanks is critical but if you don’t spend some time on selecting the best handle for your grip and your cast then you’ll end up with a less than perfect finished product.

Let’s look at some of the basics of handle selection when it comes to rod building.

Handle Elements

While there are a wide rang of handle materials available, a few are more common than others. You may want to choose something exotic but you’ll probably be happy with one of these choices. In some cases, you might even want to select multiple materials because certain elements may be better for one part over another.

With that in mind, there are three main types of handles you might choose from with your rod building

Cork is an excellent choice because it is very lightweight. This is a nice benefit as you probably know because you don’t want a heavy material that is going to make casting difficult. Unfortunately, you may have a hard time finding high-quality cork. If you can find cork, another benefit is that it can easily be shaped into the handle of your choice.

Another cork-related option is burl cork. Basically, this material is made from a lot of different materials – mainly cork and rubber – in different sizes. If you’re interested in the appearance of the finished rod, you might want to choose burl cork because it can be purchased in many colorful varieties. Of course, don’t let the appearance be the primary concern of your rod building activities.

Custom or Pre-Formed Handles

Even after you’ve decided on a material for your rod building, you need to make another critical decision. You can purchase handles that have already been built and that come in a variety of materials, including the three listed above. Pre-formed handles will be easier to get and will make the process of rod building a lot easier. If you take this option, test some handles out before you purchase one online. You’ll have more selection available but you’ll have a good idea of what you need.

The other option is having a custom built handle. Building the handle from scratch is probably the best choice if you are serious about truly having a piece of custom equipment for your fishing rod. In addition to the sturdiness of the golf travel bag, cost is obviously going to be a factor that you will want to consider. However, the difference in cost is not massive and there are some golf travel bags that are more expensive than the cases.

If you would like to raise Koi fish, the pond needs to be deep enough to allow for these fish. In a Koi pond, the fish will need a depth of at least three feet. However, if you do not have the space or the depth for a Koi pond then consider a gold fish pond. These graceful and colorful fish are long living and provide a great deal of pleasure and they will be happy in a shallow pond.  

Any fish pond would be incomplete without plants. Some states have restrictions on certain water plants, like water hyacinths. These plants are not allowed to be sold or stocked in a pond. Make sure you understand which plants are legal in your state. Pot the plants according to their needs but place a layer of gravel or small rocks on top of the soil to help retain the soil in the pot and to protect the plant roots from the fish.
